    I’ve just been and had my strapping off. What a relief! I’m a bit early as couldn’t make the 7 day appointment but I’m not complaining.
    I’ve been very lucky, I’ve recovered amazingly well and have not took any pain relief since day 2.

    I’ll add before and after pictures. X

    Hey! So glad to hear you’re loving your results and have had no pain relief since day 2! I’m praying for that. Going in for surgery on Monday! What size implants did you have and who was our surgeon? Can’t wait to see your pictures x

    oh my gosh Kerry they look fantastic, are you happy with them so far ? im having 275 cc hp’s in a few weeks and have been panicking that there not going to be big enough I have similar before boobies to you and your pictures have just made me feel so reassured. you look fantastic. hope you don’t mind but going to send you a friend req so I can see your progress.

    How you finding the recovery ? and the bit im dreading sleeping upright xx

    they look fab, arnica tablets ? what are these?
    adjustable back rest cool il have a look at them I have got my v shape pillow already but never heard of the backrest il be getting on the internet tonight 🙂

    You will love them ladies. I believe partial is when they put the implant partially under the muscle as opposed to all the way under. Well that’s how it was explained to me anyways. It’s the best way to achieve a natural result and is for girls with less breast tissue.
    The back rest is an absolute godsend. It only cost £20 too. I spoke to the nurse today and she said sleep upright for 6 weeks.
    Arnica tablets are a herbal remedy to help with bruising. There’s no strong research to suggest they work but I swear by them and use a lot of natural remedies. Also get yourself some peppermint tea for the bloating afterwards. You have a gorgeous pair of boobs and then a massive belly! It’s from the anaesthetic and painkillers they give you. X

    Iv heard peppermint tea helps with the bloating with a go Iv already stocked up 🙂
