    So Lady my journey so far. Not even 24 hour After but wow. As much as i love them my ribs are so so sor nothing else just that. I think i need a bigger bra as i also feel really bloted ????. Im in a 36E but think a 38E or a 36F is what i need? Any ideas they are very swollen . ANY idea’s Please x

    Get a bigger bra hun, go up a band width from what you were before your surgery, and if its really squashing your breasts then go for a bigger cup size aswell. As long as the bra is supporting you and your boobies are not bouncing around you will be fine. I found Ice packs were the only thing that helped ease the bruising and swelling, I started to feel better by day 8.
    The bloating is a pain, I felt like I was pregnant again with a big belly, massive boobs, wearing a support bra !! Not that much you can do, drink mint tea and get up every hour to walk about. Good luck with your healing Shauntelle, in a weeks time you will be well over the worst of it. xx

    Isn’t it a great feeling to have boobs again xx

    Hi Shauntelle. I had my op yesterday too and the swelling flared up really bad overnight. I can’t tale ibuprofen as it’s making me sick. I’m just hoping that this subsides pretty quick ! I think after 3rd day it goes down from previous opinions ! Happy recovery. I’m a bit miserable and don’t know where to put myself at moment as I can’t sleep . My heads full of stuff xx

    Take some paracetamol girls x Ibuprofen causing worse bruising. And get bigger bra Shauntelle 🙂

    @becki thanks hun. I have bought another bra i was in a 36E but now i have bought a 38E and feel so much better now! Im not as swollen as yesterday. Well i dont think i am anyway!! I can now bare the pain due to the bra change i think the bra was causing me more discomfort if im honest. . @Jen Concongratulations hun. What size did you go to? How are you feeling? @Daria m Thank you hun. I have a new bra and feel much better now xx Im so in love already they are much bigget than i even expected. Even though they are still swolled the results are amazing

    Looking great Shauntelle . Wish I didn’t have strapping on. So funny how each surgeon follows different procedures. I had 375cc UHP unders hun. Feel very tight today xx

    @Jodie i originally was going with 400cc HP overs but then i i changed my mind saw the surgeon again 5 days before and said i wanted 450cc as boob greed kicked rite in. He said what look do you want i said as big as i can but i wanted natural looking. He said ok 450 is fine agreed on 450cc. But then on the surgery day yesterday he came in and to my surprise he said he wanted to do 500cc hp overs. I was like yes thats fine. I was first in so i went down at 9 and was out for 10.30 then discharged 2 hours later. It went so fast but im really please and glad he put 500cc in. I no i wont be getting boob greed haha.@jen I didnt habe strapping i think because i had overs not unders. Happy healing hunny i hope you like your results xx
