    So I’m 11 days post op and while I’m loving my new boobs I can literally feel myself getting fatter by the day!
    I’ve got a holiday in 5 weeks and I wanna be able to show off my new figure.
    I know we’re not supposed to exercise but do u think I could get away with a few cheeky squats? Also was thinking bout getting a slender tone anyone know if they work? (I’m guessing probably not or everyone would have one!!)

    Lower body will be fine, light cardio such as static bike, walking etc. Low impact cardio with no weights and no upper body. Squats should be fine as long as you’re not holding weights. You don’t want to compromise those expensive puppies!

    Have my op on the 14june just wondering if I will be able to carry on with my gym obvs no weights just power walking on treadmill walking that kind off thing ?

    Im 10 days PO today and I was in the gym 4 days PO walking on treadmill incline cause I’m naughty and couldn’t help myself it was just to get my steps in! at 8days po I did a lower body routine using really high resistance bands and although i didnt feel the burn as much as i would using weights, it was better than doing nothing! i feel myself putting on fat and losing muscle by the day!!!!
