Yes hun personally I wouldn’t go smaller what are you choosing between? Im having 450 it was that or 400 but ive chose the bigger xx

It depends what look your after im 5ft 2 size 8-10 on top 12 bottom so I want to even myself out, I chose a bigger size coz I seen loads of girls size 8 with 350cc and they look great but I think they would look small on me still also I do want to be fairly big E cup would be perfect for me im aware I could be bigger with that size implant but I really don’t want to be a D cup and wish I had gone bigger like a lot of others i read, ive gone under muscle mod plus for as natural as I can get look but I def want a good size, if u don’t want overly big Id say 375 would be fine or even 400 if u want more, personally that’s my opinion, the smaller implant sizes I think are best if u are aiming for a C/D cup or you don’t have much tissue and want a full but very natural looking bust xx

There isn’t much between 375/400 my surgeon only goes up in in 50cc because of this unless breast are not naturally different sizes, u are smaller frame than me I think Ur be fine with either 375 or 400 it is personal preference and its hard to know size coz there so many factors to take into account, ive just gone by the fact that smaller girls are 350 ish so ive gone a cup size bigger coz my hips are big im still slim, you have to just go with wat u think will be right, if Ur surgeon thinks 375 biggest though I would stick with that, they no their stuff xx

400 will put you over a D cup especially at a size 8 you’re looking around 28 FF/G afterwards.
I’m a size 12 and had 375 from an A cup and am now a 32E/F depending on bra style.
Don’t get caught up on cup size because fake boobs don’t match up to bra sizes anyway.
Plus once you’ve got fake boobs in you’ll have to buy from specialist bra shops anyway especially if you’re anything under a 32 back (size 12+) as the majority of high street stores don’t sell 30 and under back bands.
