    Hello,

I’m considering having breast implants to fill my boobs up again. I’ve breast fed my baby and always yo yo’d with my weight. They have gone down now from originally being 34 g. I’m
Now around a 34 d maybe a c!! I don’t care about the size I just want them filled out. I have some stretch marks so they look worse when they are deflated. My question is will I need a uplift too? I really don’t want one just implants but I don’t want them to droop even more. Also is over the muscle better for filling? Or under?
And any recommendations on size to have?
    I’m 5ft 3 and around 9 st 3
    Thank you
    X

    Hi Amy
My boobs are an empty 34DD and a very similar shape to yours. I’m having uplift and implants next month. Surgeon has said I can go up to 350cc. Xx

Hi Christie-Leigh thank you for your reply (excuse the title I don’t normally have nail extensions so clearly can’t type “breast” at the moment lol)
Would you mind me asking how much is cost? I’m really trying to avoid an uplift so wondering if I’d like werid after surgery if I just had implants. Xx

Hi Amy, I recently had an uplift (15 days PO). I know cost is a huge factor for many people, but it is worth the extra money for the best result, I would advise seeing a few surgeons for consultations just to get a second opinion on if you need an uplift or not xx

Thank you so much for you replies girls!! It’s been a big help. Stacey are you happy with yours and do you feel you didn’t need an uplift after surgery? I’ve heard me trayner finds ways around doing an uplift so maybe that’s the guy I should try speaking to first. It’s it rude to ask if any of you girls have any photos? Im so nervous to go for it but they are depressing me now!! Xx

Hiyaa i think you will need an uplift, the only way to not have an uplift is to have big implants and then there is a big chance of sagging again, i too have breast fed babies and my weight has always been up and down, im due to have uplift and 275cc implants this saturday! Will send pics when i have had it done! And yes overs are better for filling out xx
