I’ve just got back from my 7 day post op appointment. The nurse removed my dressings and changed them but I should only wear them until Saturday then no more dressings! And I can shower!!!! Hurray!! She said I’m healing really well (maybe it’s those disgusting quark protein yogurts, or maybe it’s the ice cream – who knows?). Anyway I don’t need to return for another 5 weeks!
I’m quite bruised under my left boob and my sternum which is why I’ve probably had the pain in my ribs on the left hand side.
I’m so pleased! Xx
