If he says that’s the max your small boob can handle then he’s telling the truth. Trying to force more than what he’s saying is safe may give you complications and pain further down the road you did not expect. I am sure since it’s the smaller boob it will look just fine and big!! Fair enough if he says 450 could fit but he wanted to put in 400… that’s a different thing to saying 450 is actually unable to be handled by the small breast. Like there’s nothing he can do so usually this should be easier to accept than if you knew it COULD fit but he didn’t want to fit it xxxx
