Hi! I wanted to ask you girl how did you find a journey back home in a car. My husband will be driving me there and back. I am most worried about the seat belt as it obviously goes between your boobs. How did you guys manage it or did you just wear the lower part on belly and put the upper chest part behind your back? Is it still safe? I am not sure how to go about it haha and trying it on a car seat for different ways of fastening 😀
Any advice? Or did you just had it normally fastened?
Hi Hun I just had it over my lap part it was a 2 hour journey for me to Preston I didn’t find the journey home that uncomfortable in all fairness tho it was a big tender over a couple of speed bumps but nothing to bad for me but obvs everyone is different and everyone’s pain will be different two xxx
I used a v pillow in between seat belt and chest. Totally takes the pressure off. hope this helps
@chloemsx how did you do that with v pillow? I cant imagine how it would work?
@staceymlx lap part do you mean just the belly part? what did you do with the chest part?
Just put the pillow where was comfiest. Also had my head rested on it try dif angles that’s what I did lol better than the seat belt rubbing on ya chest xx
I used a regular pillow across my front resting my boobs on top then did the seat belt up, resting my elbow on the chest strap. V pillow sounds a fab idea wish I had thought of that one, best advice go and sit in the car and have a play around.
i found it quite painful the drive back tbh, and it was only a 30 minute drive. Like every bump there was I would be in pain so told my mum to go slower dx
@karmila yeah sorry belly part and I just have my v pillow at the back of me I dunno how safe it accually was but it worked for me but like I said I didn’t accually find the drive home that bad xxx
I’m finding it hard to explain how I had mine so I’ve took a photo as a example for u black lines are obviously where seat would sit roughly lol I was that tired it was nice having my head rested too hehe xx
Great question! I’ll be taking a pillow for the journey home now. I didn’t even think about that! Xx
