My advice with post op bras, is to try them on! How I was measuring didn’t match my post op bras.
I’ve got two marks bras and one I had a 38f and the other 36f….

To measure you’re self, measure your band size and then measure over the largest part of your bust. every additional inch from your band to your bust is 1 cup size, ie. Band 32, bust 36 = 32 D (+4 from 32)
That’s how the staff at M&S told me to do it x

Hi Hun Someone told me that m&s still do the old fashion way for measuring and that way doesn’t work Which I’ve found to be true for me every time I’ve been measured there and bought a bra it’s never fitted I was a 36c pre op and they measured me at a 40 d today post op I so I bough the post op bra and it doesn’t fit at all I was a big shocked that they only measured me at that at 3 weeks post op when o had quite a big implant aswell 600cc xxx

I went last week Stacey (Metrocentre branch) honestly they were so helpful, the lady that came in with me measured me and spent a good 40 minutes picking things out for me, she went through all the sister sizes etc…..very patient and there was lots in the sale too xxx

You might be surprised at your size – I know I was. I picked up a 30dd thinking it’ll be fine, when she measured me I was a 28G. I only needed a second bra as I had to go out Friday eve for a few hours & my white was stood out too much X

You must be bigger than a 40D?? I think they’ve got that wrong or wait a bit longer for them to drop more? Xx
