Uhp….will they look fake??? Started by: Kate

Im sure i read uhp is if all your breast tissue is at the lower part of your boob an if you flater on the top like no volume thats why they are used if that makes sence x

Ive tagged you in her post Kate, also baring in mind Maryanne is less than a week post op so in a few more weeks when they have dropped further they will be even more fantastic and natural looking xxx

i wanted UHP but surgeon will only do HP, the reason being why i like them as high as possible is because they do drop and after some years they also sag cos cant avoid gravity forever lol, so if they’re already sitting so low theyll basically look saggy and i would hate that – thats why i always wanted UHP so that when they drop and after years droop, at least theyll still look somewhat perky but i guess everybodys different xxx most dont think about this and regret later getting mod plus as they end up with super low boobs xxx

@claudine that’s brilliant has he agreed to re op if they don’t sort them selfs out then Hun ? Also with him saying it’s down to your anatomy what can/will he be able to do so it doesn’t happen again if need re op sorry for all question soo curious xxx

Hi Stacey, basicaly the best way to move forwards for me to gain some visible breast/projection and remove the discomfort of the armpit feeling would have been to replace with overs but i allready have significant rippling on the sides of my breasts (obviously i don’t like it but it’s only seen when im naked so it’s not bothering me) if i have them placed over i might re-gain some of the original clevage i had but the rippling could likely become visible in that area instead which would be far worse as it would be seen in bikinis/dresses etc so were just swopping one problem for another, he did welcome me to get a second opinion on that but i don’t feel that’s neccasary, the whole reason he placed them under was to try and prevent it, it could possibly be eradicated by a smaller implant but then ive lost on projection again.
They have softened since i last saw him but there not moveable if that makes sense, obviously my anatomy won’t change (i have a wide breast bone but on top of that i have a pertruding of the chest bones) so my own breast tissue kind of hid that because it was much softer and could be pushed up and together, no implant is going to do that so it’s just a wait and see now, i was not in a hurry to do anything about it anyway i just needed to see him to find out exactly what the situation was it’s awful when you don’t know for sure, they may soften further but if not and i still feel worse about them then he would remove them at my request, allthough they do look to me like there displaced when lying down it’s a subsequence of my gap, when he showed me you can clearly see that my pocket is tight so i don’t have displacement, there is also another option to replace with an UHP so i would loose 1.5cm from width (that may seem nothing but on a chest as narrow as mine 3cm overal probably would be noteable) but it’s impossible to estimate if the tiny extra projection i would gain would benefit my flat fronted shape, it just goes to show realy it’s irrelevant how good your surgeon is or how much money your prepared to put in if you have my anatomy there are no dream boobs so im truly devastated at that, on the plus side he’s not worried about the pain though it’s not being caused by anything untowards and might dissapate allthough im stuck with it for now i won’t be left with it xxx

Thanks alot Kate i honestly do feel much better, keep looking at pics of UHP some truly beautiful results with great cleavage, im so sad that despite doing the hard recovery spending 5k and waiting over 25 year for it im never going to look like that, my boobs were hidden alot before because they could only come out in certain clothes and now there hidden because you virtualy can’t see them unless im naked despite being double the size BUT i can deal with it now i know there is still some hope and if that doesn’t work i simply go back to the way i was before, there are far worse things in life than not having dream breasts, i’ll focus on my other blessings, one being that nothing gets Claudine down for long 🙂 🙂
