    Hey girls me again!
    Day 3 and the pain is still awful. Everytime I get up I feel like my stitches are being pulled on! Anyone else had this? X

    Yes it’s totally normal Hun. Day 4 and 5 I seemed to feel miles better. Keeping active helped me a lot. Try not sit around for too long x

    It will happen all of a sudden honestly, I woke up one morning like ‘oh wow I feel okay today’ haha. Happy healing Hun xx

    Day 2 and 3 were the worst for me by far! Day 4 was much better! Wishing you a speedy recovery! X

    Day 3/4 where the worst days for me like u every time I moved it felt like my stickers where pulling and just generally felt awful but after that I was fine from day 5 xxxx

    Up ur protein intake as it supports muscle damage and repair, the same way body builders do after intensive training. I ate tons of chicken breast, red meat, nuts, eggs and milk/veg post op
