    Ok so mrs lutz handed me a piece of paper saying no macom no sports bra no wires granny bra spoke to nurse she said miss lutz believes granny bras are best as it helps the inplants to drop if there in a sports bra or macom it squashes them giving them support which is not what you want you want them to drop so what do i get as she days a granny bra which have no support

    I got a granny bra for wen i tryed the sizers, m &s is a good place, basically you want a full cup non wired bra ill see if i have a pic with mine on somewhere n ill post it, i got it from m&s outlet n was only £8 xx

    my surgeon didnt want me using the macom or high impact sports bras either! She preferred crop top style non wired bras, i ended up getting 2 post surgery bras from asda for £15 with no wire (just had to take the padding out of them) and they were so comfortable!xx
