Advice wanted on size and placement. Started by: Mf1105

Hello. First time posting here. I went for a consult yesterday and tried on the sizers etc. Looking at around 450cc round and ps suggested overs, before going to see him i had in my mind that i would want unders. He is adament that i have enough tissue to cover the implant and look natural. Has anyone got before and after pics of 400-450cc overs i could see? Im currently an empty 32c after 2 children and breastfeeding xx thanks in advance
