    Hey ladies. Im just wondering which sports bras you all think are the best to get post op? Im going to buy the mya bras but id like a couple of sports bras too just for change. Which ones would you all reccomend?? Thank you

    Hi @montana, had my surgery last Saturday and after strapping they put me on my macom. It’s really super comfy, I’d def recommend get one. I’ve also got a high impact m&s bra but haven’t tried yet. I’ve heard is quite good and gives you the support needed. Hope this helps x

    I bought the two pack m and s high impact sports bras, they’ve been really good. They are back fastening but my surgeon actually recommended back fastening bras xx
