Ladies I found out in my pc consultation that I have tubular breasts but I’m lucky cause it’s only a mild version in my opinion, so basically I have great shape(boobs), beautiful creases, and a good amount of breast tissue so with the right implants it would bring my nipples to face forward instead of slightly outwards which is where they currently are and would help to close in the gap I have between my breasts so I’m really happy about all that HOWEVER I have big Areolas and nips already not that I’m majorly fussed but I am looking to go from 34a/b to 34dd/e which is a good few cup sizes and worried that my areolas will get a lot bigger so is it worth getting a nip reduction aswell? Does it really hurt after getting nip reduction?! My surgeon consultation isn’t till the 29th I’m too impatient to wait till then to ask!
