    Im 5dpo today and last night was by far the worst.
    I hardly slept with the pain in my back and stomach so I feel absolutely terrible this morning.
    Please say I’m going to feel normal soon x

    Aw no hope you start to feel better soon. I’ve not has my BA yet buyouts the painful nights I’m dreading… hope you get some rest today. Sure someone will reply with some tips for you x

    Hi Teressa my back / neck was also killing from about day 3 . The only thing that helped was talking to nurse who agreeed I could take nurofen , this really helped if anything just at night with back pains . I also put pillow under my legs for support plus V pillow & travel neck pillow , try a hot water bottle at night and 2 senna tablets every night for tummy ache as they are natural . Might be worth asking nurse first as nurofen isn’t usually allowed but my back pain was worse than boob pain .

    Thank you I’ve got v pillow and neck pillow and been taking paracetamol and ibuprofen. Going to try hot water bottle tonight. My boobs aren’t causing me to much pain it’s mainly my back and stomach.
    I’ll take some more senna tonight x

    I slept on my back after 2 days and on my side after a week it’s horrid not sleeping well xx
