    In the end my doctors note was accepted and i have one week to go now…. so excited! What essentials do I need to pack and anything in particular I need for after the op? I literally only have the mya bras at the moment.

    I have mine next friday, i litrally havent bought anything yet i only had my first consultation last thursday an wasnt expecting it to be this quick. I need to buy a v pillow but not sure about bras my surgeon doesnt like the sports bras. Thinking of leaving it until after as i will be in strapping for a week. As for hospital bag, people say you dont need much think i might tqke a pair of joggers an a zip up top (can be a task pulling up leggings or skinny jeans so if theres alot of pain i imagine that would be even harder lol) some baby wipes a brush an hair bobble not sure if theres anything else. I will be going on my own my partner doesnt want to come with me!! So feeling abit anxious about that hes totally against it! Glad alls gone through with the doctors note for you. What day is your op x

    I bet you have mz lutz lol I have her and I went against her decision and got sports bras anyway… my op date is next Tuesday so need to get my bits this weekend, I’m going there in a tracksuit bottoms and sit up hoodie I think and I’m going to take loose pj’s also

    I have mr kazzazi an he reccomends these post op non wired bras from matalan but i just dont know what sizes to get lol yeah i was thinking of taking my onesie but i will be going on my own so will be a taxi there an back so i will feel abit of an idiot in a onesie haha. X

    I have my op on the 28th and I’ve had my v pillow for a few weeks already.. it’s honestly the best thing I’ve bought and I’ve not even had my op yet! I got it from argos for £10.

    I’ve spoke to a few people about what to bring and if it’s a day case they’ve said you don’t really need much. Magazine or book to keep you entertained, comfy clothes, zip/button up top and your v pillow for the car journey. Hope this helps x

    She got a bit moody with me not getting a granny bra tbh.. now I’m all taped up and so uncomfortable so I’d definitely go with what she says to get!
    I packed loads of stuff but didn’t really need any of it lol x

    She should be fine with the Mya bras just not random sports bras. I didn’t even mean to get the wrong sort I thought it would be fine but she got quite moody, having all the tape removed today to put a granny bra on thank god! It’s horrible can’t breathe properly x
