I realise i will get all this info at a consultation but would love some feedback and suggestions before.
Id very much hope not to have an uplift but with one breast being much lower than the other would i have to have it done?
Im 5m post breast feeding and looking very flat like pancakes.
Im 5ft 6″ i wear a 34b bra but im not sure on my current size, all i know is i measure 29″ around my ribcage under my boobs. Im a size 10 on top size 12 below. Im very pear shaped so would like to be a bit more in proportion! I have big hips and thighs!
What size would you ladies suggest? I want a decent size, natural looking but also big enough, DD maybe E.
With the flatness would it be best for under thr muscle?

    Thank you!

P.s until i just took these photos i didnt realise how small they are! ????

I don’t think you’ll need an uplift, you might just a larger implant in one boob than in the other. That’s what I’m having to even them out. xx

@crazycatlady If you wanted to be a dd/e I’d say you need to be looking around the 400-450cc mark for size of implant, if you’re around a B cup at the moment. If you go for high profile and under the muscle then that will give you some lift, fill out the extra skin at the same time but still give you a natural look xx

I dont think you will need a lift, i think overs is usually suggested to fill out the emptiness from breastfeeding. Ive had my first consult and the ps suggested 400-450 mod plus over the muscle hoping to be a natural (but pert) dd/e. I am 3 months post breastfeeding so have to wait till November before I can have the op! My stats are similar to yours so will be interested to see what your advised xx

Hi, my boobs are really similar size and shape to yours, I am really hoping I do not need an uplift (more due the expense more than anything) but I will go with whatever they suggest – surgeon consultation on Wednesday so I will let you know 🙂

I’m pear shaped like u a 12 on bottom 10 on top I could even fit it to size 8! I had 450 mod plus and love them I’m measuring a 34F at mo 4.5 weeks post op, I wouldn’t say they look that big they suit my frame and make me curvy on top x

My stats were similar to yours and my boobs were probably worse after breastfeeding twice and lots of exercise/ weight loss. One surgeon advised I should have an uplift, one said no need as it was marginal one side only and the difference would only be 1 cm. I really didn’t want the additional scars, plus I couldn’t afford the extra £2K so I didn’t have an uplift. I was really worried about them being even more saggy after the surgery due to the weight of the implant so I told the surgeon to go as small as he could………but I’m pleased to say that they’re not saggy, even though the surgeon had to put in bigger implants than we’d discussed as there was more skin to fill than he’d anticipated. The after surgery they were so high up I was worried they wouldn’t drop, but they have and they look great. I had 360cc HP overs.
Happy to send you some pics if you add me.

Sorry meant to say I got measured this week and I’m a 34DD or 32E, slightly bigger than I’d planned but they really don’t look or feel like an E cup, my daughters a natural E and hers are much bigger than mine!
Plus no one’s even noticed which is what I wanted 🙂

Thanks ladies! I feel way better now! Yes i dont want the added cost but mostly the scaring and moving the nipple. Id worry about loss of sensation.
Those look fab Yvonne!! I feel very confident now seeing yours. They look very similar but you look a bit bigger than me.

    Thanks again everyone!! X

@kaye76 – I have added you if you don’t mind, as i’m also hoping that I wont need an uplift after feeding two children, but it really helps to compare others to see if their boobs look like mine (although I’m sure all of the posted pics look way better than mine). I have nothing at all left and am really dreading getting an uplift! x
