0pHi ladies- I’ve been for a consultation today
I went in wanting an uplift with implants but was advised by the surgeon against implants, his reason was due to sagging over time? He advised me to have uplift let all settle then maybe in 12months time if I wanted to have implants.
I understand he is the expert but for me financially I’d rather have the two procedures done at the same time.
I feel my breasts are very empty after breastfeeding and fail to see how an uplift alone will give me a fuller breast.??Was anyone advised the same but chose to go ahead with the implants to?
I’m in need of some serious advice here.Much appreciated guys xx

My advice would be to see another surgeon and hear his opinion .. make you you are comfortable with the surgeon and also you have options.. i nearly made a mistake last year but everything worked out well when at the end I backed out of the surgery and now am confident with Mya and my surgeon. So see another surgeon maybe outside mya if you have too then make up your mind. I hope this helps. Good luck xI’m having an uplift with no implants and slight reduction next week, I personally prefer the fact I don’t need implants. I’ve seen plenty of before and after photos of just uplifts where the results look great and still have that “fuller” look.

Many thanks for your replies and advice- I’ve been pondering all weekend on what advise i was given and I still don’t see how I’ll be satisfied with just the uplift.
I personally cannot see how removing little skin can make me breasts firm?
Zahra- can I ask what your bad experience was?I’ve seen 2 different surgeons, one being from Transform- who was willing to put in implants(that was some time ago) so I’m guessing after I had my second child my breasts are bigger now than I realised.
The surgeon advised me that I am already a large C cup/going on D cup. But my main concern is I have so much excess skin that I’m failing to visualise the end results with the uplift alone.
It’s such a large amount of money as you ladies know so I’d like to be pleased with the end result.
I physically couldn’t wait 12months for all to settle then have the funds for implants- that’s ridiculous! XxOlivia
0pHi, I had an uplift just over a week ago without implants! My boobs are now very full and perky from my own tissue that the surgeon has used! They’re great! Really happy with them and glad I didn’t have implants 🙂

Well i was kinda offered the same uplift then come back and I was like nope! It’s too much freaking money and I cannot wait. So I met with my surgeon Fazel and he was very honest and told me he could do both at same time with 325 cc moderate profile overs. So am pleased with that. I already have enough Breast tissses so will be hoping for a DD or E if possible.
My bad experience was when I was living in Ireland I went to see a surgeon and he literally didn’t ask anything he just made me put the fake implants in a bra and said I didn’t need a lift and he would put 650 cc tear drop.. I was like okay.. and the whole process just felt wrong .. then I paid 500 deposit and backed out last minute.. didn’t get my deposit back cause Backed out .. like I said everything happens for a Reason . Arabic is my first language so my English can be sometimes blunderous when am typing lol but yea good luck my dear and make your are happy with everything deep down and once u meet the right surgeon you will feel the trust and commitment. XI asked for an uplift and implants with Mr Mashhadi and he was very honest. Told me the size limit implant I could have without risking them sagging. Went with his advice and am having surgery Sunday 10th September.
I too did not wish to have two separate operations and would have been very impatient waiting in between.
Try a different surgeon. Fx xx -
