Hi girls, just had my op and it surprisingly went so quick… admission time was 7.30 and theatre at 9 🙂 just so hungry
Glad all went well for you! How have you felt pain wise? Are you happy with how they look x
I haven’t seen them yet as I come out and bra is on already but had some really and toast which was so good. Erm it’s managable cane lift my arm too high though xx
I don’t have strapping on? Which i find a bit weird xxx
It depends on your surgeon they all have there own ways an do what they think is best. My surgeon uses strapping so i will be all strapped up but alot dont use it. I wont be needing a bra for the first week x
I can’t believe how good the pain is that moment 🙂
Thanks girls x
Glad it went ok for you hun!
I only had strapping as had the wrong bra ???? Good luck with your recovery x
Woo hoo, congratulations so pleased to hear it went well, did you get away with no uplift?
I didn’t have any strapping… the sports bra was supportive enough & not uncomfortable. And last you you can have a good look later 😉
My pain wasn’t too bad at all but remember you’ll still have anesthetic in your body, stay on top of the painkillers for the next few days, rest up and you’ll be fine.
I was told to wear my bra as well as the strapping which they removed a few days later as I got the correct bra 🙂
@cgargano91 Hi Chantelle , so glad your op went well! Hope your pain is manageable?? Have you managed to have a peak at them yet? Xx
Hi clare, pain is ok-ish it hurts where my insicions are and it hurts to move… actually I’m not going to lie I’m in agony lol! No haven’t really looked at them as they are tight in a bra xx
Oh Hun I remember that feeling… hang on in there you’ll start to feel so much more normal soon! I think day 5 was my turning point where I felt like I could try and do a few more things. Just take it easy! Xx
I went out in the car yesterday with my boyfriend and it’s horrible ???? feel every bump and crack in the road xx
I remember that too! I didn’t quite feel normal in the car until about 10 days.. but it does get easier each day. Try putting a pillow or thick jumper under the seatbelt near your boobs, this helped me so much. I only started driving last week and even then I had to shove a jumper in between (didn’t have to do this as a passenger at this point but I think leaning forward to drive rubbed on my chest area on the seatbelt) xx
