So I have always hated my boobs, I always used to stuff my bra wear bigger sized bras and go as far as stuff them with tissue and those sticky bra things that look like chicken fillets.

I’ve finally decided it’s time to go ahead with a ba, two children later they look like grapes in socks when I bend down, I feel bigger than I am (8/10) because I look disproportionate and just don’t feel womanly!

What made you all decide on size? How quick could you have your procedure?

Do mya still have the pay half and the other half over ten months option as I have awful credit ccjs and defaults etc…. would this be the best option and has anyone done this option?
Also what if the surgeon doesn’t let you go as big as you want to? I would like a dd-e cup ideally and I know everyone’s results differ but what look could I expect from starting out with a saggy b/c cup?

Thanks everyone and sorry for the essay just so many questions!!

Hi I haven’t had my op yet but am like you, size 8-10 but feel bigger as my hips don’t get balanced out. When I did the rice sizers I instantly felt that my proportions were far better balanced! I too have had 2 children and they are totally ruined!
As for implant size, my surgeon said “you don’t choose the implant, the implant chooses you!” And now i see how that is true. You will be measured for your breast width diameter, your nipple to crease & your sternal notch to nipple. You’ll also have your breast tissue measured. All these (plus any other measurements) tell the surgeon what size implant they can fit in.
. You also need to consider profiles, so how much projection the implant has. You’ll see posts about ‘HP’ (high profile) or ‘Mod plus’ (moderate plus) which are the profiles of the implant. The volume (cc) of the implant changes as the profile changes. So a 12cm high profile implant will have a different volume (cc) to a mod plus 12cm implant. You can Google mentor implants size guides and itll show you the stats of each type of implant.
As for cup size, the implants are measured in volume not cup size. What one person achieves with a certain size may be differe t to someone else as it all depends on your body to start with.
Then you will decide whether to have implants over the pectoral muscles or under. This is when you’ll see people refer to ‘overs’ or ‘unders’. Your surgeon may offer you a choice or tell you which depending on your body to start with.
Id say research these key points:
    *rice sizers
    *round or teardrop implants
    *implant size guides
    *over or under muscle placement
*breast lift with implants (some people also need a lift)
*implant problems (rippling, capsular contraction, bottoming out etc)
    *implant profiles
You’ll learn a new language once you start looking into it. My husbands car has “HP” on his registration number… this to me is no longer HP sauce but is “high profile” implants!!!! 🙂
I’m not MYA but find this forum useful x

to be honest i have been very naughty. My consultation was 5 minutes and I just picked the first size I tried on and I don’t even know what shape they are lol. I’m just relying on my surgeon… lets hope they turn out okay hahhaha. I am only 18 so i just wanted it all done so quickly x

Wow thank you so much info there I definitely will research lots pinkwishes! It’s all so much info to take in isn’t it. I just though you went in and picked a size, I want them obviously bigger but not so I look like Dolly Parton style but I do like the look of the girls that have the bigger ccs, I also notice if they don’t go bigger first they always seem to want them bigger after and I only want the one surgery if I can help it! ????

Milly I am terrible, i always let hairdressers talk me out of having my hair the way I want and don’t want to do that with my boobs ???? I want to be informed before my consultation ☺️ X

Yeah they change as the weeks/ months go by. You could look into ‘drop & fluff’ too as this is what the process is called! Dropping into the pockets & fluffing out as the muscle / tissue relaxes x

I’ve seen the drop and fluff and I always thought I would prefer a more “natural look” but I think I actually like the high profile ones more than the moderate ones.

Yes I’m definitely not taking it lightly I’m saving ATM as I’ve been breastfeeding this last year so I can’t have my first appointment until two months post feeding so gives me time to save and also mull it over so I’m sure on what I want I know the surgeon will probably advise for and against certain things but at least I have an idea of the over all look I want to achieve x

    Wow Yvonne! Yours look amazing!

They are exactly what I want, I’m just so worried they are going to say I can only have smaller implants and I would much prefer been on the bigger size especially when seeing ones like yours!

Has it been hard to recover with looking after your little ones as well?

Hope you feel a bit better soon xx

Oh no! It must be so hard not feeling yourself. I was worried about been able to pick them up and do things for them I’m not looking to have my surgery until after Christmas by the time I’m past the two month post breastfeeding point so I can have my consultation. I think we are letting my little ones go to grandmas while I have the operation and my husband can hopefully take a few days off to help me out at home.

hopefully the pain will subside a bit for you soon, your boobs look amazing though! So fingers crossed it will all feel worth it and the pain will be a distance memory!

    Xxx
