Girls it’s literally best day ever in bra heaven I’m measuring a 34 E at M&S from a 36 B ( Pre op ) lady said I should never been in a 38 .. she was absolutely brilliant & spent ages with me Trying on sports bra’s & post surgery bra’s , also tried Debenhams after & they measured between DD & E but this was bra depending! Don’t underestimate 375cc .. so happy ! Xx

I have no idea laura sorry they were just measuring me with a tape measure , I picked up 36 bands and they both said no you need a 34 or 32 band , I know the bigger the cup the smaller the band. I also went with what felt comfortable as I’ve been in a 38 C and it just didn’t feel supportive x

Oh great thankyou mines 32 aswel but so confusing online looking! Some sites said if you meassure 32 you are a 32 band some said you add 4 on so that would make me a 36 band an id never worn a 36 so i couldnt see how id be a 36. Thankyou xx

Yes I saw that online too it says add 4 inches but it seems too big if the cup is bigger , in my case I have gone down a whole band size , my trouble was the big push up padded bras I was wearing are not true to size & ive been wearing 38 & 36 bands for years ! This having boobies game is all new to me & I’m in my 30’s . lol !!!! X x

I went home with a 32e sports bra today 🙂 sizing all depends on your actual body size too x

I agree that the whole measurement thing is confusing! Some places add like 5 on for odd numbers and 4 for even. And others add nothing at all, so I have no clue how to measure myself properly lol xx
