Sore Nipples 6dpo? Normal? Started by: Claire

    I’ll be a week post op tomorrow and since yesterday my nipples are so sore! I literally can’t bear my bra touching them, even to just lightly touch them it kills….is this normal. Before now they were completely numb now they’ve gone to the other extreme! Today has been the worst day so far for me pain wise 🙁

    Yep… unfortunately this is normal… I had the same from 1wpo and it lasted about a week maybe a bit longer. Try getting some breast pads that women wear when they are breast feeding that way your bra doesn’t irritate them.. hope it eases soon xx

    Yeah totally normal. I put cotton pads down my bra with loads of sudocrem on my nipples and that helped me loads. Xx
