    Hello, are the mya surgery bras the most recommended for post surgery? And are they worth the money? Or could anyone recommend the best post surgery bra xx

    Think most surgerons have different suggestions. Obviously if you go with mya they’d try and get you to get their bra.
    I got the post op and maximum support bras from Matalan £8 each as that’s what my surgeon recommended.

    My PC told me that the bras that Mya do are a bit awkward after surgery and aren’t the most practical after surgery – they do up at the back!!! Obviously not the most comfortable thing when you’ve just had surgery. She reccommended getting a better (and cheaper) bra elsewhere that does up at the front. I got a nice extra supportive sports bra from Decathlon in Chingford which has a zip, a fraction of the price too at £12.99!! I only hope it fits. My op is on the 24th Oct and I’m superrrrr nervous!!!!

    I got the mya bras Hun and I’d say yes they soo worth the money they are soo comfy I had my sugary 14 weeks ago now and I still wear my mya bra for bed and on the odd occasion during the day it’s that comfy I didn’t find it a struggle putting it on after sugury either as I could still move my arms and it was easier to put on that a normal bra I would say xxx

    I got put off by doing it up at the back. So I went for the Macom ones and M&S high impact ones xx

    I had my surgery yesterday and I’m wearing the macom bra and it’s sooo comfy! The cups are expandable so you don’t need to guess what cup size you’ll be after surgery and they also do up at the front xx

    I bought the mya bras and I’ve been using them ever since my surgery, honestly I find them so comfortable! I didn’t have the time before the surgery to go out looking around for a sports bra so I just went with those ones, bought the black ones and now going to buy the nude ones as I find them so comfy!

    I was also put off by the fastening at the back, I have the Asda £6 ones and my nurse said they were perfect! The mya ones felt very soft when I was trying the sizers! X
