So now I’m 15 DPO, so am able to sleep on my back, I don’t know what’s worse upright or on my back. I honestly really like the look of my boobs, but a tiny piece of me is starting to resent them for not getting any decent sleep. Will I ever be able to sleep back on my side/front again at this rate I can’t see it!?
I know it’s still fairly early days but still feel discomfort most of the time and feel like I won’t ever get back to normal. Starting to get me down a bit! 🙁

@amber it’s amazing what sleep deprivation can do to you, it can literally send you insane! I feel for you because I’m struggling with sleeping too. I’ve found that sleeping at a 45 degeee angle, like Stacey said has really helped. It doesn’t put as much pressure on my back either. I’ve been taking painkillers but not for boob pain, but for back pain!
Just think it’s not forever and there will be a light at the end of the tunnel 🙂 xx

@amberlu1 oh Hun I felt the same, I just got used to sleeping propped up and then suddenly was allowed on my back, I was all excited and then had the worst nights sleep!! I was so tempted to going back to being propped up but thought I can’t sleep like that forever. So it took a few nights but now I’m comfy on my back. I’m 4WPO and still using my v pillow lol, it’s actually so comfy I don’t think il be getting rid of it. Xx
