    Heey, i’m not having surgery until january but so excited & want to start buying bits and bobs 🙂
    Can anyone reccomend any good ice/gel packs too use please?xx

    I bought a koolpak off ebay. Was about £4.50 for the large one and the cover for it. It was the perfect size to cover both boobs x

    Hey – do you just use the ice packs to help with swelling? My ops Sunday and thinking maybe I should get something too. Xx

    I got mine off eBay. Think it was like two for a fiver!!
    I had unders so near my arm pits etc felt quite stiff I’d just rest them on there xx

    I bought it just incase as people were saying they helped. I think it’s for swelling but I found it helped with the pain too. Would recommend you buy one, I’m glad I got mine. It’s a hot/cold pack so thought I’d end up using it at some point even if it wasn’t for my boobs x

    Ice packs are a big MUST ! Lol I couldn’t of coped without them for the first few days , they were my best friends , brought off eBay ( koolpak ) set of 2 ( I always kept one ready and frozen ) as they are
    re-usable , plus if you have kids they are great after for bumps & banged heads lol xx

    Poundland do them 🙂 I got x2 packs for a £1 shove em in the freezeer 🙂 x
