    Hi ladies!

    I’m currently 10 day post op, seen my nurse on Monday and she really happy with my healing. She’s told me my dressings could be completely off next week.

    Now I’ve worn my band practically 24/7 since my op. So was just going to ask if it would be an idea or not to rake it off for a couple hours as I’m meeting friends for dinner.

    Just wondering on thoughts?

    Most people dont even get given a band so id say it definitely wouldnt hurt to take it off for a few hours while you go out xx

    i didnt have a band..ive been out and had lunch and done shopping.. itll be fine !

    Hi lovely I’m 11 DPO and when I saw my nurse two days ago she said it’s fine to take them off for a few hours to put it through the washer and give your skin a breather for a bit so I would say a lunch date would be fine, just get strapped up when you get home xxx
