Borderline Uplift but only want BA Started by: Rachel

I did Post earlier in the week about Ms Lutz recommendations. I had my first consultation at MYA on Thursday and I was told I was borderline for needing an uplift. I came away devasted as really only want implants. I’m awaiting my consultation with Ms Lutz as apparently she’s more likely to do it without but my appointment isn’t till the 27th so I’m driving myself mad with the suspense to hear what she says. Seeing everyone else posting pictures have given me the confidence to share my very small boobs. I’m not quite sure what the guidelines are for what is classed for needing one or what but I’m sure a lot of people’s before pics don’t look that different to mine?

You must be logged in to view attached files.Hey chick ur boobs and frame are very similar to mine and Mr traynor has said I don’t need a lift and AHS suggested 325/350cc.. I actually don’t want them to sit high tho so I suppose it depends on the outcome u want to achieve x
I was told I was borderline too I had 550cc x was told I’ll need an uplift eventually but i don’t think I’ll ever be ready for one to be honest xxx I wear my support bra all day and night to give them maximum support by my boobs were a lot bigger than yours to start with I was a 32f before op I’ve measured as a30jj xx

It’s such a relief hearing this! At my first appointment we looked at 400cc high profiles with potential to maybe go a bit bigger. I just can’t face going down the uplift route. I’d rather try just a BA and if in a few years I have to have an uplift then do that but I really don’t want one. Gutted too as I want a specific date in Jan but I can’t reserve the date as because I’m ‘borderline uplift.’
Do you mind me asking Leanne where your consultation is Wednesday? I’ve been trying to get one sooner but apparently she’s only at my nearest clinic, Chelmsford on 27th or at Bristol on the 13th? xxI had mr mounir he’s really good XX I was like that Rachael and I’m still like that I’m over the moon with mine I’ll just look after mine as I’m in no way wanting an uplift not keen on the idea of the anchor scars and the healing time xx

Looking at ur picks I don’t think you need one (I’m not an expert though!) but if I don’t need one neither do you! Our boobs look very Similar!Good luck x
Oh really? Yeah my PC saw mine and said because I was borderline she couldn’t secure my date I wanted. Ms Lutz on has one consultating date apparently before mine so I just have to hope that date doesn’t get booked. If not I’ll have to look elsewhere xx
I’ve got my surgery next Tues with ms lutz…my PC told me at first app I may need uplift but ms lutz said no and not enough skin and one boob crease sits slightly lower than the other so just having one implant slightly bigger than the other having 325 and 350 cc my clinic is also chelmsford, pc is Natasha x

Hi girls sorry to jump in I just been to see surgeon I was borderline uplift but he’s agreed to only give me implants. I’m very pear shaped breast already 36 D not wanting to go much bigger but looking for volume but really want total natural look. He’s suggested 450 high profile but I think this is big so I asked for 400. Is high profile the stuck on look X
Laura please post after pics! My pc is Tara. Poor woman is probably fed up with me already. I’ve spoken to her today as I am desperate for the date in January we looked at for the surgery not to be booked up and I don’t think I can wait the next few weeks in suspense waiting to hear the outcome as to if I can just have uplifts so I’ve booked a consultation with Ms Lutz on Monday in Bristol!
I met Andrea giannitrapani yesterday and he said I was borderline uplift and would only do an uplift or uplift with implants I really don’t want an uplift and he said I could maximum go to 350cc with an uplift I was hoping for 400-420 cc 🙁 I was so excited and now I’m really worried has anybody had any luck being told this then not had to have an uplift with another surgeon? xx
Im 4mpo i had 435 overs and was border line and now have the “waterfall” deformity and have to wait till feb when 6months po to see surgeon again to discuss options either full uplift or try and push for bigger implant
Im now measuring a 34G from a empty 34CI really don’t think I need an uplift the more I’ve looked into it. If I do the measurement thingy from notch bottom of neck to nipple, mines 20-21cm and side on my nipple sits higher than the crease. I think I may have been slightly hunched forwards in my first consultation with my pc which makes a different shape. Going to push my shoulders back on Monday when I meet the surgeon haha!
It’s Ms Lutz I’m seeing Monday so fingers and toes crossed xxx

0pThese before are like mine as well maybe slightly smaller. I’m booked in this Monday (21st May) with Dr Mounir to have my surgery. He advised me to get an uplift but by the time I had seen him I had booked with my PC, confirmed my date and also paid.
I think you should see the surgeon before they even ask for the money as I would have got the loan for the uplift and BA instead of just BA!! -
