So how tight should my post-op bra be?I have 2 macoms and my boobs are pushed together. I also have an asda one which is looser and therefore more comfortable but my boobs are not so tight together.If I wear the asda one,am I doing any damage?xx
Hi, I wear my Asda one mostly and to bed as it’s more comfy, I also have an m & s zip front bra which I tend to wear in the day. They are really tight at first but you soon get used to it the more you wear it xx
Yeah I wore the asda one today but have now put the macom one back on.It feels so much tighter though so will ask the nurse tomorrow what she thinks.I don’t know what the bras are doing to the implants.xx
@nicola can you let me know what your nurse advises when you ask her please. I’m also interested in this. I’m sticking to Macom bras atm as I didn’t feel the M&S high impact one gave me enough support. But my boobs are pushed together in the Macom xx
