Uplift worries, any advice please ladies? :( Started by: Emily

So I’ve taken the plunge and booked my uplift without implants for Feb with Mr Traynor. It’s something I definitely want as after loosing 3 stone, gravity has more than taken its effect!
The more I think of the procedure it’s self the more I’m starting to worry if I’ve made the right choice! I’ve never had any type of surgery before and going under GA is a big worry for me 🙁 I’m also anxious of the sleeping sat upright for a few weeks and wondered if anyone could shed some light on how long this lasts for and how they managed?
Any experiences you can share would be a massive help xx

Hi emily, I had an uplift and implants on 3rd November and I’m 12 days post op. I only have pain in my left breast as it was my smaller one and I can feel the stretching more. You obvoiusly won’t get that sort of pain. First few days was hard but just took my painkillers and was fine other than I’ve been feeling fine. I’m a mother of 2 and got back to normal once my bandage was taken off at 1 week post op, that was the only thing I found hard. Hope this helps xx
