    Hello ladies – I am 4dpo and my tummy is so bloated, anyone have any advice on how to help ease this please?xx

    Mine went down after about a week, drinking water helps believe it or not or peppermint tea xx

    Hi Jo, I’m 5dpo and mine is still awful but not quite as bad as day 2 and 3.
    Peppermint tea like Kelly said, Aquaban tablets and laxatives as a last resort if you’re constipated.
    Most of it is actual swelling moving down your body though so the best cure is time unfortunately. It will go xxx

    OMG I’m struggling so bad with bloat! I’ve gone from a size8 to a size 12 it’s lije my stomach is 4 months pregnant! I’m taking prune juice to try and help! I feel like I’m going to explode! I really feel for anyone suffering this too! Xx

    Hi ladies my bloating lasted about 3 weeks 🙁 I ended up having peppermint tea the last week as it was so bad so didn’t need the laxatives 😉

    I’m 6dpo and I’m still a little bloated!
    The bloat on day 1-3 was shocking!! I looked pregnant and my clothes didn’t fit!

    And my stomach was hard with bloat, I’ve been pregnant twice and honestly it felt and looked like I was 5-6 months pregnant

    I’ve never had bloating like it!

    I had my operation on the 14th December so not long ago. Makes me feel a bit more human knowing that so many ladies are suffering the same! I hope you all recover soon! Xx
