They look great. Can i ask do you wear a sports bra most of timee / to sleep in? You look like youve kept them well supported xz

Hi Shell yes I sleep in a low support bra every night x and I’ve kept my massage going all the time I swear that helps too

What kind of massage do you do? Im 2 years po and have never massaged hope mine maintain as well as yours x

Hi Shell my surgeon showed me how to manipulate the implant so that I didn’t get cc and it keeps the implant pliable x basically support each boob and press gently in a circular motion all way round implant x i just do mine every day after my shower ????
