Hi so a bit of an update as to how I’ve got on…a few ups and downs in terms of mood, the pain killers were far too strong and put me in a very strange place. So I stopped taking them and the pain hasn’t been unbearable. In terms of healing, wow I am completely amazed just 3 weeks on and I know my scarring is going to be minimal! Mr Mahdi is an absolute pro! So neat and precise. (For those who ask about smoking, i quit smoking on the 24th october and had my op 15th december…this i beleive has helped massively with my healing) Sleeping upright has had its moments and not being able to excersise has got to me a few times but it has all been so worrh it!!!!
