The nerves are really kicking in now ….. 3 more sleeps to the big day . I’ve started doubting absolutely everything not sure now wether just to have an uplift as I’m so worried I won’t get the nice tight perky result I so desperately want ????????
Relax:) you will look amazing. Dr Andrea is a pro… did you read about him from other girls? I have my op exactly a month time and I already know I am in good hands.
I can assure you he is fantastic. I had uplift and implants no bruises under the muscle and they look really good so far! Xx
Jo ive Sent u a friend request…. not sure how to work this site yet ???????? …. was going to ask how yrs are doing at the minute …. what’s the shape like now yr a few weeks etc ?
They look brill job….. how many weeks are you now ? How’s the recovery going ? R u still in any pain ? I’ve got a v pillow and some breast ice packs ready etc any other tips would be appreciated as I’m such a baby when it comes to pain …… x
Hi Lisa my worst day in all fairness was the 2nd day I was mostly in discomfort than actual pain. V pillow will be your best friend for two weeks. I swapped to ibuprofen after a week to help reduce the swelling which has helped no end. The itching drove me nuts but it will get less. Ice packs are great if you want them but I didn’t bother. I’m not in any pain at all and wasn’t past 7 days. I’m 3 weeks and 3 day’s post op and I feel fine. Just wake up with slight heavy feeling which it can take up to 8 weeks to get used to but it’s fine after about 15 minutes of being up. It’s all really worth it and I should have the final dressing off on Wednesday so ‘the girls’ will both be dressing free and I can shower again! Yay! That’s been the worst part . Any questions I’m happy to answer xx
Omg poor you still not been able to shower yet ….. I thought you could shower after one week after bandages off etc that will drive me insane ….. are you still sleeping upright ?
I’m more concerned about the pain or heavy feeling people describe …. as I’m worried I will have a panic attack as I’m that kind of Person lol did you feel you couldn’t breath properly at any point ? x
Hi Lisa. The heavy feeling isn’t that bad it’s only because I’m laying flat now. I stopped sleeping upright at 1 week and adjusted to laying flat. Honestly it just feels a little tight because the skin is stretching to accommodate the implants but it’s no problem at all! I’m having my shallow baths and using a damp sponge to clean the boobs but a proper shower is really what I want! Xx
Thanks jo hopefully I will start n relax a bit now …… i will just have to man up and remember to remind myself it’s not forever there are is light at the end of tunnel lol …. keep me posted with yours ….. x
