I got mine from Argos, I think it was only £10-£15. I couldn’t of survived sleeping upright for those few weeks without it 🙂 Would definitely recommend getting one for post op 🙂 xx

i ordered mine from Ebay, i got 2 and they were about £5/6 each..

also ladies i recently had my op (3 days post op today) i have been using 2 V shaped pillows and a normal pillow to sleep upright.. how upright do you all sleep? i know it might sound like a stupid question, sorry and thank you in advance ladies!! xx

I had three pillows then my v shape and another under my knees. Sort of sat up but slouched lol. I now still have three pillows and my v shape but non under my knees, I’m five wpo x
