If your first in admission time wise your normally in 1st 2nd or 3rd. I asked my nurse this on my op day. I was 3rd but 2nd in line was running late so I got bumped up to 2nd. I got seen around 11:30. Your surgeon will need to visit his first three patients. Then operate on number 1 then they check up on you when your awake probably checking on number 1 after operating on number 2. It’s a mad busy day for them but I’d be prepared for a long wait. But first thing admission time usually means operating before 1pm Ish. Bare in mind op time plus waking up will take u till around 3pm/3:30pm sometimes even longer. Then they monitor you for a few hours. Minimum of 4 if you’ve had drains put in. I was 7:30am admission seen 2nd and left at 6:30pm so long ass day!
