Hi Becky, I’ve had unders, I’m 3 week po. I was told at my po that I could go back now doing body weight squats, kick backs and lunges and some walking on the treadmill. But no weight lifting or running
I had unders which are far worse for being back into training. I’m back fully weight training and I’m 11wpo this week. I’ve been back properly lifting starting with lighter weights since week 6/7 and I’m now pretty much back to what I was lifting pre op.
