I usually gym 5-6 times a week, so it’s tough doing nothing. Rest is so important for healing though so even if you feel alright, still take the maximum time your surgeon advises. I’ve been going for walks since day 2, gradually building up the time and distance. I’ve been a bit more mobile with my arms today, but I’m feeling it now, so have maybe done too much.
