Hiya. I’m getting 450cc overs this Sunday, I’m currently 34B. What size post op bra shall I get? I have already got a 34E from m&s. Hoping that will be ok????
Also if any of you girls have had 450cc please can you show me before and afters. Can’t wait! It’s come round so quickly!

It is a surgery Bra. Mya recommended the surgery post op bra from m&s. But they go up in actual size, not s, m,l. Just wanted to check if it was big enough for the size I’m getting. Thanks x
Hiya hun I was pre op a 34b post op I went to a 34 e I’m having revision surgery in April and I’ve bought a new post op bra the m&s high impact I’ve gone for the size I am now the 34 e it’s quite a snug fit I had overs 365cc , I would suggest that you keep the E m&s for now as this will fit after surgery as they won’t of dropped yet and then of you feel it’s a little tight order a size up x
