    Hi guys

I’m really worried, I’m keeping my BA mostly to myself and my good friend who was going to chaperone me at the Preston clinic can’t come anymore.

What do you do if you don’t have a chaperone? Starting to panic and it’s ruining my experience a bit.

    Thanks everyone xx

I don’t think they will let you go ahead without one as they don’t let you leave if you aren’t escorted afterwards. I think you’ll need to find another chaperone asap. Sorry 🙁

I’m thinking of asking my friend from York if she could help. She’d probably be traveling after work so would arrive late, do the hospitals have a time where they’d like you to be gone? This is the Preston clinic

Bea you dont need anybody to be with you in the hospital but you will need somebody to pick you up. My husband droped me off and picked me up because we had kids with us( kids are not allowed in hospital) . When I was ready to go home I walked with nurse to hospital reception. He was in the car waiting. They will ask you how you planning to get home, who is picking you up. They wont let you leave hospital alone so just ask your friend to pick you up.

Thanks for the advice Eve. The hospital is a four minute drive from my house so I think I’ll get a taxi there and my friend can pick me up after work. The hospital have said that they usually let people stay until 9pm x
