    I only had my op yesterday but omg I feel so shit. I’m bloated, swollen, aching and my incisions are stinging like mad. It’s really hard for me to just try and rest.. I’m so bloated, can’t go to the toilet and just feel shit. How long does this last for? I love my boobs but omg I hate being able to do anything 🙁

    I had my op Monday. I took my macom band off today and I feel much better just by having a release of pressure. All I can say is keep on top of the pain killers and take it easy

    Just saying the painkillers the hospital gave me didn’t touch the sides! I switched to co codomol and what a heck of a difference! Totally better lol!

    I felt much better after about 3 days, I’m 4 weeks post op tomoz and I’m totally bavk to normal, bloating lasted about 2 weeks for me which got me down but don’t stress it gets better by the day xx

    You will for a few days just rest and sleep use your pain killers …I had my op 20 dec I felt ok after a week still was sore but was getting better every day ..I still to this day eat liquorice im ok now went to Chelmsford yesterday I was a 34 b im now 38c im really happy im not to big just right for my body size x hope that helps

    thanks for your replies:) I’m now 3 days post op, I haven’t got any strapping on or anything and I’m feeling better today. Just wish the bloating and constipation would go away it’s absolutely horrible xx

    I’m day 5 PO now. Just got the strapping on left by the surgeon.
    I’ve taken senecot as I’m so bloated and bunged up, I look six months preggers. Feeling a lot better again today

    I’ve had my op on Friday and feel like absolute shit!! How long was it for you before you began to feel anywhere near back to normal? x
