Im looking for some adivse from anyone who has experienced ripping and what they have done to make it better. I’m nearly 6 months post op and have noticed some ripping on my right breast, I have been able to feel it for ages but it’s only just started being visible. I’m not worrying as such because I’m pretty sure this is completely normal.. And you can only see it at certain angles. I am quite small so I’m going to give a go at putting some weight on as I’ve seen that’s what a lot of people have been advised to do, has anyone also got any advise on that because I have tried so many times and just don’t seem to put any on! Xx

    Hi Lauren @lauren1507 ·

I find it near impossible to put weight on too allways have, cursed with a fast metabolism! but i have rippling also its in both breasts, in the left one you can feel it slightly in the outer breast but not visible until i lean forward, the right one which is the larger breast is severely rippled all the way round and highly visible except in the upper pectoral area where i still have full muscle coverage, i did gain over half a stone a couple of months back due to a bowel issue that went on for a couple of weeks and if anything i felt it looked worse i do have alot going on with that breast, i have seen people decrease the visibility a little with weight gain so it’s worth a shot for sure, i’ll upload some pics if it will let me xxx
