Anyone found this? My PC text me a few days ago and told me to call her yesterday to book my surgery. Well I have called, left messages and text and I’ve had nothing back. When we spoke she seemed very insistent I book asap because my surgeon is very popular and is booked for months. I’m getting really frustrated with the lack of communication when she literally told me to call at a curtain day and time but didn’t answer. Anyone found this? Anyone else I can contact to book?

I’m having the same problem, I’ve been going through the Cardiff clinic. When I say my PC she said the same about how I need to book ASAP as my surgeon is very popular. She’s always been really friendly in person and told me to message and call her whenever if have any questions, yet I tried phoning 3 times and no answer or call back, I also text and didn’t get a reply either. In the end I just rang the clinic itself to get an answer from someone x

Who was your PC Charlotte? I found one of the PC’s at Bristol clinic was a bit flakey as well x

Ask could you change her in Cardiff my pc was krystina and she is lovely very funny chatty and gets bk to you if you need her xx
