Hey ladies. So I’m just over 3 weeks post op now & I am dying to start being active again! The weather hasn’t been kind enough to allow me to walk, which is changing now yay!
I was wondering what it’s been like getting back into the gym & doing weights?
Obviously anything upper body I’m leaving for a lot longer! I just mean mainly lower body legs/booty exercises & abs etc? You know squats, lunches the usual stuff like that?
How have you all found it? Do you just do what’s comfortable for you?
