Starting weights/Gym again – Advice Started by: Anonymous

    Hey ladies. So I’m just over 3 weeks post op now & I am dying to start being active again! The weather hasn’t been kind enough to allow me to walk, which is changing now yay!

    I was wondering what it’s been like getting back into the gym & doing weights?
    Obviously anything upper body I’m leaving for a lot longer! I just mean mainly lower body legs/booty exercises & abs etc? You know squats, lunches the usual stuff like that?

    How have you all found it? Do you just do what’s comfortable for you?

    @harleigh i was worried the most about missing the gym as of now I feel like I’ll never get back at it. Let me know hoe you get back on with the gym as I’m hoping when I’m 3wk P.O. I’ll feel up to going

    @natalie-2 I’ll do a post when I get back into it about how it all went. Hoping people can give me some advise about how they found it!
