    Omg thank god skmeone started this forum, I’m 3 weeks po and can’t stand not using them. MYA told me to cover them and use spf and the nurses told me to avoid at all cost, now I’m confused and getting pale D:

    Hello Ladies,

    Sunbeds are not advised until after scars are fully healed. Check your scars are fully healed with your nurse at your 6 week post op appointment.

    If you have any concerns please contact your PC or clinic.
