Will my surgery be cancelled? Started by: Rachel

    I’m due to have my BA on Saturday at the pall mall hospital. But I have a tooth abscess and have been put on antibiotics.. I’ve had the tooth out today but I’ve still got swelling in my face.
    I’m gonna ring my pc today will they cancel or re-schedule? And will I have to pay anything seen as it couldn’t be helped and is out of my control?
    Also Should I not have any paper work on cancellation policy? I havnt got any paperwork from mya?

    I think they will just reschedule you as you have to be fit and well for surgery x

    It will probably be rescheduled, as it’s for medical reasons you shouldn’t be charged a rescheduling fee. You should have been emailed the terms and conditions (in the Mya general cosmetic surgery guide) x

    I think they will re book you as you need to be 2 weeks clear of antibiotics ( that’s what they told me ) I had had a water infections 3 weeks before so was luckily ok by a week ! Xxx
