Hello, I’m 7 days post op and finally can wear a post op bra! However, I don’t know how tight it is supposed to be!
The bra I am wearing fits but I don’t feel like it is pulling me in whereas the smaller size does pull me in quite a lot and make a cleavage but I didn’t know if this is too tight!
I don’t want to displace them but I don’t want them to not be supported either!!
My nurse put mine on straight after surgery.. strange you’ve only just got it on! Mine is just supporting not squeezing together. But they do feel firmly held in place.. dunno if that helps? Hope recovery goes well!
