    Hi girls…my surgeon has told me he thinks I should have ultra high implants I’m really worried there going to look fake and won’t have any side boob I’m a 32 back, he said I have a narrow chest which I was unaware of as I wear size 10 tops. Has anybody els had a UHP and have a natural look and could they please share there before and afters!

    Sarah ashcroft had ultra high profile implants and hers do not look fake at all, check her Instagram she made some YouTube videos about it too xx

    Thank you! I had no idea hers where they look so natural to! I was really worried they would look to fake on me because there’s so many different girls on here saying they’re for girls who like the fake look…that’s made me feel loads better xxx

    They look really nice and not round on top like I thought, I thought they would look like 2 balls under my skin but yours look great! bet your really happy with them! What size were you before? And what size are you now? Xx

    I was a 32A and I’m 32DD/30E now. I think because they’re under the muscle they’re squashed down a bit so they don’t look as fake as they probably would if they were overs xx

    I currently have high profile 325 and having a re-op tomorrow he said the only way I could go bigger was to go extra high as the base of the implant is small and the bigger projection, he said my chest wall couldn’t fit a bigger implant in so this is why he’s changing the projection xx

    Can I ask question about revision ? , if I’m not happy with the outlook and quite concerned and upset
    Would they Re operate after paying all that money ? Or would I have to pay for it all again ?
    I wouldn’t see why I would have too pay all again if the size is completely different to expected ? ???? anyone familiar with this xx

    I believe you would have to pay again unless there is a health issues as you generally agree on a size and sign a consent form prior to surgery,
    The advice I can offer if just look at hundreds of pictures, use Pinterest google, Instagram, and look for a sizes you like the look of on a size similar to your body frame, take them to your surgeon and show him them all so he knows exactly the look your are going for, also get the numbers out of your head. I know it’s easy to say but everyone stresses so much over the wizard offered which are ususally around 25cc difference which is around a table spoon amount (spread this over he full breast then it’s barely noticeable to the eye) xxx

    Sorry just seen that you have had your op.
    Defiantly give it time I know it’s not what you want to hear but it takes up to a year for implants to settle, I remember my first set st 17 days where like tornadoes and my skin was so tight, it will defiantly stretch out and settle. Also if you do say you are unhappy with size they will also make you wait the full year before even considering a re-aug, but I’ve never know anyone to be granted one free of charge based on not happy with size alone. As sometimes the biggest size you have is the safest size for you body or the only size your body will take xx

    Fresh out of surgery 470texture soft touch extra high profile. My second re-aug, previously had 325 textured responsive high profile tense then taking shape so quickly, but they defiantly don’t look to fake or even fake in my opinion xx

    They look great! Are still look natural How do they look from the side ? My surgeon said I definitely should have ultra high profile so I’m going for it having 320cc I’m just praying they look natural and not to fake…yours have made me feel better tho they look lovely xx

    I’ll take a picture later when I standing up from the side to show you, if I’m honest I was a little worried to going for high to extra high but wanted a bit more projection and size and this was the only way to do it with being small framed but I’m really pleased xx
