Has anyone had straight facing or facing eachother nipples? Help!! Started by: Kay

So I have my consultation today and my boobs are a small 34b iv been given the options of 355cc or 375cc. But she said most women’s nipples are more distance apart. Mine aren’t that out but with implants they wouldn’t face outwards, they would be slightly in or straight… anyone had this?
