Post op bra size …. help?! Started by: Natasha

    Hey,

    I’ve just had my pre operative appointment with the nurse, she suggested I get a medium size bra or a 38D. This seems fairly large as my usual bra back size is 28/30, can anyone help me?

    That’s really odd! I’m normally a 32 back and I got a 34 back and it fits fine! I also got size small in others and they fit perfectly too xx

    I was a 34 & had to buy 36 … I did get a 38 right at the start because of the swelling (otherwise bras were just too tight)

    I seem to be a 36 right now … Still a bit of swelling to go down but can’t imagine I’ll fit back into a 34 again

    Depends what you’re buying, macom ones come up small im 32 and was suggested a medium and it fit great x

    Thank you so much!! You’ve all been really helpful!
    I was getting so confused as I know it’ll be swollen but didn’t want to go too big that it doesn’t support :/
    I might order a small and medium see how I get on 🙂
